Borgo Isasco was born from our wish to enhance a place dear to our heart, the valley of Isasco: a place that immediately enchants, with the intention of preserving the authentic nature of an area of peace and beauty.
We are located a little more than 3 km from the beaches of Varigotti, one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in all
of Liguria, with its crystal clear waters and the Saracen village, characterized by colorful fishermen's houses that face directly onto the sandy shore. This is also a paradise for sports enthusiasts who will find countless options for mountain biking, climbing, trekking and much more.
But when you reach Isasco Valley you immediately feel the magic that only nature can convey. You don't hear any noise and you are surrounded by carefully tended and relaxing greenery. This is why we wanted to preserve as much as possible the nature of this land, with the large park where the Mediterranean scrub and its scents are the protagonists.
Here one can enjoy a bucolic inner peace that comes from the mixture of sea and countryside, of blues and greens,
of silences and noises of nature, the chirping of birds, the chirping of cicadas, the waves of the sea...
THE VILLAS
In a very exclusive setting, the villas are surrounded by a large park that houses a magnificent infinity pool available to guests. From each house you can get to the pool and the solarium area by walking a few meters of stone paths, surrounded by myrtle, lavender, helichrysum and corbezzolo plants.
Since the villas are new construction, they have been built with the highest quality materials and finishes. The design took advantage of the latest technologies of systems that ensure maximum comfort with new generation air conditioners and independent underfloor heating system for each room. Modern materials and thermal insulation systems ensure superior energy efficiency while minimizing the impact on the environment.
The houses have been furnished with the utmost functionality but without neglecting the charm of history.
A more linear and clean style has been combined with antique pieces that used to belong to the family, as well as furniture found in antique markets, always trying to maintain the warmth of a rustic if new context.
For each villa, a dedicated outdoor space, with direct access from the living area, equipped with tables, chairs and deckchairs, so that one can appreciate and enjoy the enchanting view of the surrounding nature and the blue sea.
In addition to having the common park, each house has a garden and reserved parking spaces, covered with a pergola.

Varigotti, Finale Ligure and surroundings
The Finalese is an area inextricably linked to nature in all its forms and to activities related to it: the sea, the mountains, the beach, the rock, the air.
Beaches
Just outside the Saracen village, in the direction of Noli, we find Baia dei Saraceni and Malpasso, two beaches definitely worth spending a day at.
Trekking
Borgo Isasco's magnificent location makes it not only ideal for those seeking the sea and the beach, but also for those who love trekking and hiking in the hills.
Mountain biking
Finale ligure has become in recent years one of the most sought-after destinations in the international mountain biking scene. A true paradise thanks to a variety of trails that stretch for miles inland.
Climbing
Some well-known crags can also be found close by, on the Manie Plateau, and climbing areas mostly stand near archaeological sites.
Villages
Varigotti, wonderful Saracen village. Finalborgo, listed as one of the "most beautiful villages in Italy." Noli, a typical seaside village. Verezzi, a balcony over the wonder of the Ligurian coast.
